Who is responsible

Vector 42 Labs operates the VownDrive website and pilot waitlist and decides how waitlist information is used. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@vector42labs.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time you signed up, the version of the consent text you accepted, and the waitlist offer and signup source. We also receive basic technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as request details and an IP address. Our signup endpoint temporarily keeps a hash of the IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions; hosting providers may retain request logs under their own operational policies.

We do not collect payment details, uploaded files or cloud backups through this website. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this page.

How we use it

• Manage the waitlist and prevent duplicate or abusive signups.
• Send pilot invitations, launch updates and information about the proposed discount on the first three months of a paid subscription.
• Respond to privacy requests and maintain a record of your signup consent.

We use your consent for pilot and launch email. You can withdraw it at any time. We use limited technical information to operate and protect the site, where permitted by applicable law. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We use Vercel to host the website and signup endpoint, and Resend to store waitlist contacts and, if the pilot proceeds, send waitlist email. These providers process information to deliver their services to us. We may disclose information if legally required.

Provider processing may take place outside your country. You can review the providers’ linked privacy notices for information about their processing and international transfers, or contact us for more information about our arrangements.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while the pilot and launch outreach is active. We remove it when that outreach ends or when you ask us to delete it, unless we need a limited record to comply with law or document an unsubscribe. Short-lived abuse prevention hashes are cleared when the next signup request arrives in a later hour or when the running service ends.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@vector42labs.com. Marketing emails, if sent, will also include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will respond to requests under the law that applies to you.
